I decided to kind of play catch up with the Inuyasha manga because I had a bit of hope in the series after the anime was finally "wrapped up." Thus far, I think the anime crew missed out on a really awesome Sesshomaru/Rin arc (although I don't know of the anime did this or not)! It's the one where Sesshomaru's mother is introduced, but yeah thus far I still see no end in sight and so I once again I have had to put down this futile effort and I'll never know the end of Inuyasha... No that I cared all that much being that the series dragged from left to right and so on. Either way, for those caught up in the manga HAS IT ENDED YET?!?!?

I haven't read the manga, only seen the anime but that seems to keep going too. When is Naraku going to die?!!

well, the anime ends, so i'm guessing naraku dies then.
but i kind of stopped watching inuyasha around episode 12 XD
the manga's better, up to a point, but it needs to be done.
there are two things rumiko takahashi does well:
she comes up with great original stories, but
she can't end them.

Spoilers

"She can't end them" hits the nail on the head. the inuyasha series essentially ends with nothing whatsoever resolved, and the final episode could have taken place as early as 20 episodes in. Seriously, nothing resolved whatsoever. I realized it was a Rumiko show about the time episode 100 rolled around, and was pretty much like, "oh crap, Its going to end 100 episodes from now with nothing resolved." and I was right. I always do a rumiko check on any shows I start now so I don't fall into her frustrating world of storyline ADHD
